Even we can get the health foods; we have to check those foods again. Those foods may contain many things dangerous for our body because of the pollution. The second is the lifestyle.

As we know, many people have very bad lifestyle nowadays. They are often in hurry in their job. That condition makes them become far away from the healthy lifestyle. They just get fast foods which can fulfill their needs faster, whereas those foods are not healthy at all. The third is environment. This thing also influences many people’s life. We can see that there are many people who get unhealthy life from their environment in the beginning.

Those three things can show to us about how the people easily get unhealthy life nowadays. The condition seems to support that unhealthy life. Fortunately, many people have realized it and try to get healthier life. It is surely good news, because the healthy life can be just begun from their selves. If they don’t want to get changed, it means that they will be trapped in the cage of unhealthy life which means shorter life span. Many people nowadays campaign about healthy life, healthy environment, and also healthy foods. Those things become the main causes of the problem nowadays such as some serious diseases. Most of those things are caused by the unhealthy life, foods, and environment.

Those things are very bad for our body. Besides that, something like cigarette can give bad effect for the other people with its smoke. Those bad activities become worse and worse when the condition of the environment is not good any more. As we know, the pollution is everywhere. We can avoid that thing. We surely ever see many examples of pollution around us such as gas from the industries or water pollution still from the industries. This condition becomes worse with the supporting of the vehicles which cause air pollution from the exhaust system.

If we can’t change our lifestyle, we will be caught by that bad activity and we won’t be able to leave it. In this case, our health becomes the most important thing. We have to pay attention about our health and body. If we get our body and our health disturbed by those things, that will disturb our activity too. It is surely very annoying if we have to stay at home because of illness. Because of that, we have to keep ourselves healthy.

There are many ways to keep ourselves healthy. The first, we have to change our diet. Our diet influences our health much. If we have unhealthy diet, it means that our life will become unhealthy too. The second is our activity. We also must have healthy activity. One thing which has to be remembered is exercise. This thing has to be done regularly. With all  of those things, we surely can change our lifestyle and replace it with the healthy lifestyle.
