How to Change Our Lifestyle? photoNowadays we have to change our lifestyle before everything is too late. We can see that the lifestyle of many people nowadays become worse and worse, from the small things such as junk food and fast foods until the big things such as alcohol and cigarette. Those things are very bad for our body. Besides that, something like cigarette can give bad effect for the other people with its smoke. Those bad activities become worse and worse when the condition of the environment is not good any more. As we know, the pollution is everywhere. We can avoid that thing. We surely ever see many examples of pollution around us such as gas from the industries or water pollution still from the industries. This condition becomes worse with the supporting of the vehicles which cause air pollution from the exhaust system.

If we can’t change our lifestyle, we will be caught by that bad activity and we won’t be able to leave it. In this case, our health becomes the most important thing. We have to pay attention about our health and body. If we get our body and our health disturbed by those things, that will disturb our activity too. It is surely very annoying if we have to stay at home because of illness. Because of that, we have to keep ourselves healthy.

There are many ways to keep ourselves healthy. The first, we have to change our diet. Our diet influences our health much. If we have unhealthy diet, it means that our life will become unhealthy too. The second is our activity. We also must have healthy activity. One thing which has to be remembered is exercise. This thing has to be done regularly. With all  of those things, we surely can change our lifestyle and replace it with the healthy lifestyle.
