These days most people get an average of 4 to 6 hours of training every day, and make sure that everything they put in their mouths are not filled with sugar or preservatives, but they do not pay attention to their mental health, there are no holidays, no sometimes even a long weekend, 60 hours a week, bring work home with them and even work weekends. All this for one day is hoping for a big promotion. What good is your brain when you have overloads and damage to the office?

In the end you will suffer physical health no matter how well you eat and how often you exercise. You’ll end up with high blood pressure; stress and tension all increase your chances of having a stroke or heart attack.

With hopes of helping you avoid this I am given that you with the things I do to maintain mental health in tip top condition.

Many other ways to reduce stress in your life and help put a sparkle in your mental health can try the following ways:
My absolute favorite to be done to refocus you is to go for a long trip on the Harley. Nothing brings the world back into focus like free rides like the wind, no forms of therapy are better as far as I’m concerned.
I also enjoy watching an hour or 2 of the television every night, some light soap opera is the best way to ease your mind, and laughed uproariously for 30 seconds every day is a great way to relieve stress.
Video games are also great for relieving stress, if you’re mad at your boss what better way to get it from you then boxing, imagine that you are banging your boss and hope that you will not lose.
I hope you try some of these methods or thinking about some of your own to help maintain the pressure in your life and maintaining mental health in good condition with the rest of you.
